Det finns inte längre personal i hotellbyggnaden, för incheckning och andra ärenden hänvisas till Rasta restaurangen ca 150 m från hotellbyggnaden. Det är även här som frukost numera serveras. Det finns inte heller någon personal tillgänglig efter kl. 21 (Detta gjorde att vi saknade ett påslakan för en av sängarna som inte var färdigbäddad när vi kom, vi upptäckte detta först efter 21. Som tur var hade vi lakan med oss i bilen som vi kunde nyttja.)

Receptionen låg inte i hotelldelen utan i restaurangen som fanns i anslutning till bensin stationen. En skylt angav att där fanns receptionen , men inte att restaurangen låg " innanför bensin stationens butik.

Tråkigt men ok.

Slitet och dåligt underhållet hotell. Ok för att sova när man bara är på genomresa. Skulle behöva lite omsorg och kärlek från personalen för att lyfta känsla och upplevelse.

Funderingar om förbättringar

Saknade lite lyxigare frukost med tex frukt, bacon, lax, pannkakor och naturell yoghurt, marmelad och kex till osten. Allt funkade fint vid vår sena ankomst. Sängen var jätteskön! Vi sov med öppet fönster pga värmen. En del kan nog uppleva otrygghet med det så ett vädringsfönster eller möjligtvis fläkt som alternativ är kanske en idé? Vi hade behövt en kyl för medhavd matsäck denna gång.

Sängarna var väldigt hårda, och badrummet luktade gammalt avlopp. Väldigt smutsigt på golv i restaurangen, mycket flugor på frukostbuffén. Lekparken och bänkarna utomhus skulle behövas rustas upp. I övrigt ett hotell med potential men känns lite övergivet på något vis. Mitt intryck är att det underhålls dåligt.

Hotellet var bra, men personalen kan ju vara lite mer på när de ser kunden kommer tex för incheckning, beställa mat, man ska ju inte behöva ropa på dom när de står nästan bredvid, kunden ska vara i fokus och glöm inte leendet och tack😊

Nytt och fräscht i både Hotell och restaurangdel.

Badrummet hade några egenheter som vi pensionärer inte var nöjda med. Element alldeles intill toastol, toarullehållare konstig placering ovanför elementet vilket gjorde att man slog i elementet varje gång man skulle dra fram papper. WiFi fungerade bara stundtals, ibland obefintlig täckning. "Kass"! Frukosten var i det stora hela okej, men Äpplejucen var mest vatten. Brödet höll inte heller någon högre klass.

Incheckning va bra och rummet va bra. Det som va mindre bra va att pallen som skulle föreställa sängbord/nattduksbord va som ett tidningsställ och den va där stora dammtussar i som inte hade dammsugits bort och de där va inte handdukar till oss alla fast det bokades som 4 pers. som skulle bo där. Handdukarna som fanns hade gamla fläckar kvar som inte hade tvättats bort ordentligt. Tjejerna i receptionen va bra och frukosten va förvånansvärt bra vilket jag inte hade förväntat mig. Helt ok för en natt.

Receptionisten arbejdede på restauranten ved Tanken. Hun kom hurtigt over til os og vi fik vores nøgle, som vi faktisk ikke behøvede, rummene var åbne. Det var praktisk og fint med gratis strøm til bilen. Der er hele 12 ladepunkter, hvilket man nok skulle skrive på hjemmesiden. Langsom lader, men over en hel nat kom vi op på 100% tank
