"Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have ..."
