"Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came)...

"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday. Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina."
