"the hotel was very nice. Very close to the airport. We took a taxi into Dublin b/c there was so much traffic. Definitely would stay there again. Our hotel and the Holiday inn next door shared an underground parking garage. Apparently the kiosk where you pay was not working. You had to pay at the desk in the hotel. They never mentioned that when we asked if we pay for parking. We recommended that they put a sign on it so people would know. It was very frustrating. Tried with card, then cash and neither one worked"

"Staff were warm & welcoming. Dinner in restaurant was very good, although it has a small menu choice, it catered for all. The tiramisu was delicious. Modern, exceptionally clean & comfortable room. Wi-Fi was spotty at times & it would’ve been lovely if there had been some furniture on the large balcony. "

"It was difficult to find the pick up point for the shuttle bus, the airport needs more so she and the hotel should provide more / better instructions with booking confirmation. Once at the hotel everything is great. Note shuttles run every 30 min except there is no 9am or noon shuttles. So plan accordingly for your arrival time"
