"Pics were a little deceiving. Our room had paint splatter everywhere and crumbs laying around. Trim was falling off the walls. The staff was very helpful."

"We stay at this hotel everytime we come to Michigan and things normally are great. This time around they were not. Our blanket had a giant pee stain or something yellow on it. We also we're given 2 towels and when asked for more on Friday we were told to come back in a hour. An hour passed then we were told to come back in the morning. We asked Saturday in the morning and were told they didn't have any. Then the afternoon came. We asked for towels and were told they would bring them to our room in 1 hour. That never happened. Sunday morning I have to shower and use a small hand towel to dry."

"Stayed 2 weekends in a row , clean , friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was decent . Very convenient for airport travel and shuttle is a plus . I would definitely recommend!"

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel needs a major deep clean on the rooms and a repaint and carpet replacement as well."

"Home was clean with convenient locations to grocery and restaurants. Traveling for a basketball tournament and home was close to all of the locations. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is nice. Kitchen includes Nespresso machine and host provided pods which was a great feature. "

"Room was lovely, quiet and warm during the temperature drop. However, the fridge did not have a freezer, it was obviously broken and needs the whole unit replaced unless you can re-install a freezer into the existing unit. I needed ice, and that didn't happen."
