You are sharing a block of land with the main house which I can only guess is also for accommodation. Externally it looks awful, a converted double garage with no pleasing appeal. The check in process is overly difficult with having to send selfie photos holding credit cards and then photos not received etc. delaying the whole process."

"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."
