"An excellent stay. Really helpful staff. Catered for a wide range of clientele. The swimming pool is L shaped and not huge. It tends to get quite busy but great fun nonetheless. The changing facilities are open plan and some may find this a little off putting. It's in walking distance of the Copenhagen Mall and the most accessible Metro station of Havneholmen (much easier walk than Kobenhavn H). It's also a 10-15 minute walk from the Tivoli gardens. Food at the brasserie was superb."

"Great location-right across the street from Central Station. Offers early check in when available and luggage storage if needed. The breakfast is fantastic. There are several hot menu options including vegetarian options, along with a wide variety of bread, pastries, nuts, cheese/meats, juices, along with a ginger shot, etc. The best breakfast options I’ve ever seen. "

"The property is walkable from the Vibenshus Rundell Metro Station (M3 line). There are supermarkets (Netto, Discount 365) nearby. The whole property is automated without any physical check-in process. I took one comfy room which was a studio apartment with one twin bed, one small tea/laptop table, one cozy sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. Most of the amenities were available. They also have common washeteria, kitchen, and luggage room for users."

"I was highly impressed by the staff, who were wonderful during checkin, breakfast, and storing our suitcases. The friendly and accommodating treatment elevated the entire experience. At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. We absolutely loved the walk from the hotel to the city center as it took as along the water from modern architecture to the old city center."
