"I don’t like the fact that we came early and cannot store luggage while waiting for our check in at 3 pm without a fee. It end up , There’s a room already ready for check in but we paid extra 150 danish krone ( around 32 Canadian dollars) to come in early. Other hotels can store luggage if you come ..."

"My husband and I stayed at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen prior to embarking on a cruise. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Also it is conveniently located to several points of interest. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting ..."

"Room as advertised. Staff were helpful when I had to arrive after midnight. Only small issues were tv stand being a bit broken so it was at an angle and it being unclear if we needed to bring our own washing up liquid for cutlery etc."
