"Booking in to do prepayment do not accept tesco credit card even though it is Mastercard. Got to room it was ok( certainly not 4* Quality) Doors to balcony not really able to secure.Balcony absolutely filthy. No safe in room. Asked at reception 3 times about safe it was like I had 2 heads. Still ..."
