"All the family commented on how great the property was for our stay. We cooked inside and outside on the grill. A/C worked well, water pressure good, plenty of hot water. Comfortable furnishings and conducive to family style meals and catching up conversations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there for our Texas Tech graduation gathering."

"We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. It was a beautiful property and very comfortable for our family for TTU “move in “ weekend. Excellent communication from the hosts. "We were in town for a Graduation and this house was perfect! Our family of 10 had so much fun hanging out in the beautiful pool and playing old school arcade games! We had a few questions and Eric answered them quickly. Clean and Comfy house to stay in!"

"My son and I had the most relaxing time! I received very thorough directions and check in information several days in advanced. Upon arrival the pool, yard and house were even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We stayed here for two nights to reset from work stress and this house did just that. The beds were amazing! The pool was clean! The house was clean, I have nothing bad to say. I appreciate Julie and her family for hosting us. We will be back!"
