"I loved everything about my stay. I even booked for an additional night. Crystal and Juanita were terrific! The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. The pool was lovely, the only thing lacking was the hot tub. It probably needs a little tlc but it didn't bother me a bit. It was too hot outside anyways. The breakfast was good, we had plenty of towels. The sofa bed was clean when we pulled it out (sometimes that is not the case). I will be staying there anytime I visit Lubbock in the future. Oh yeah there was a woman training for front desk who was also amazing."
