"We loved this house and the location. It felt so natural and relaxing. The house was clean, easy to access and provided plenty of space for our family. We particularly loved the decks, balconies and screened in porch which all provided great views into all directions! We also loved the fact that there was a garage with a ping pong table, bikes, etc. for the kids to use. It is particularly helpful on a rainy day.The beach was as expected - untouched and natural. It was not the beach you typically find if you want to bring your towel, lay on the sand and enjoy great waves. Instead, yes there were many dead horseshoe crabs but it was amazing to see. Not a sight you find many other places. We walked along the shore and observed the surroundings. Much to our surprise there was really no smell at all. When the tide went out, you could walk far out into the sand. We loved it, it was far away from crowds and noises and you see (and hear) birds everywhere, but close enough that you could drive to any busy beach nearby. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place in its natural state, this is surely a place to be!We had a great stay!"

"Wonderful house in a quiet and relaxing beach town. This was our family's first vacation in a Delaware beach town. We liked that we could bring our dogs and that Slaughter Beach didn't seem to be overly developed or crowded. Milford is a quick drive and has lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The house had a great layout and was well stocked with every and any thing you could need. Seriously, this is the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in! Beach access is right across the street and the bay is calm and would be perfect for little kids. We didn't get to take advantage of the kayaks but we did get some beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the deck. We went to Lewes a few times during the week and that was an easy 30 minute drive. We had a nice, relaxing week and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Sarah!"

"Coastal Serenity is a true gem. My family and I stayed here last weekend for a lacrosse tournament in the area. Everything from booking the property, to arrival, was absolutely seamless. Anne was gracious enough to recommend some things to do in the area and places to eat. Her personal touches upon arrival were a lovely surprise and was so appreciated. The house is so clean and very well outfitted. We had everything we could think of and more. It is decorated beautifully as well. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and the linens were something you would expect to find at a 5 star hotel. I'm telling you---Anne thought of everything when curating this property! My family and I really looked forward to coming back there after the lacrosse games. The kids used the beach and the parents relaxed on the deck. It was a pleasure to get to stay at this property and we hope to book again for future lax tournaments! "
