Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, suggesting best places to buy crystal.

2 families, 3 rooms & dog.
The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Also I was going to bring my friends to the Becher’s Bar...

This is THEE place to stay in Marianske Lazne! It is VERY close to "The Singing Fountain", the Park, and The Colonade. The Roman Baths are simply Divine! The Breakfast was Fabulous. The service, especially Filip was exceptional. Such a Peaceful and Elegant stay!

Nice room, great location and renovated property. Check out at 10 is little early, 11 would have been nicer just to get more time to take a short walk and pack after breakfast.
100 CZK/night for parking was ok, not a big deal, but there is literally free and enough parking everywhere around.
