Great Service...

Great Customer service. Willing to help at a moments notice. We had to extend our trip by an additional day and it was well received and accommodated. Breakfast and Dinner were homemade and delicious.

İ was very disappointed, the word “please” would be appreciated for a friendly communication. Hotel is very expemsive for old furniture and bad breakfast. We had to ask staff to finally provide breakfast at expected service at 7 am.

Resepsiyondaki hanimefendiye bebekle gittigimizi bildirmistik ve elinde bebek yatağı olmasına ragmen kendi sorumlulugunda olmadığını soyleyip bize cift kisilik yatakta bebekle yatmaya mecbur bırakmak istedi. Kabul etmeyip çıkmak istedigimizde de kötü müşteri ilan edildik. Misafirperver degillerdi. Odayı kesinlikle kullanmadık. Check out sırasında tartışma yaşandı.1200 kmlik araba yolculuğundan sonra gecenin birinde başka hotele gitmek zorunda kaldık.

Sehr netter Service im Restaurant. Frühstück ganz gut. Warme Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer alt eingerichtet aber sauber. Der Chef an der Rezeption ist aber leider sehr unfreundlich. Beine am Tisch als ich ankam. Keine Schuhe! Ungepflegtes Äußeres!

Pratiquement seul tout le week end, avec le patron et son epouse, qui est aux fourneaux. Hotel agreable. Le patron est tres renfrogne, c’est le moins que l’on puisse dire. Madame plus aimable. In riferimento alla mia: piccola, letto una piazza e mezzo malgrado ho prenotato la camera con il letto matrimoniale; Formiche nel letto; Phon non funzionante, Appendi doccia rotto; pulizia insoddisfacente. Inoltre accoglienza check di basso livello quasi che l'arrivo in struttura verso le 22 dava fastidio. Invece buon Check out con ragazza cordiale e disponibile. Troppo caro per i servizi e condizioni. Stanza venduta pari a 15 metri ma in realtà era meno di 10 metri; Piccola. Molto familiare con foto ingannevoli sul sito

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garten. We were there on Christmas Day. The pictures on the website made it a little difficult to see what the rooms would look like, so we were pleasantly surprised by them. They are a little old fashioned, but they are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast and conversation with the hosts. We would recommend this property and return if our plans ever take us back there. The room did not smell like smoke, which after a week in the Balkins, we learned that a truly non-smoking room was a rare find!
