Studio Penthouse with a large terrace measuring 27 square metres. Situated in a side street. An excellent location within a 2 minute walk to the seaside and promenade where you can find Pleasure Cruises, a Ferry to cross over to Valletta, a bus stop with buses connection to Valletta, Mdina, the Sandy Beaches in the North and Cirkewwa from where one can take the Ferry to cross over to Gozo. Shopping centre, bank, supermarket, restaurants, coffe shops and English Language Schools are situated within a stone's throw away.

Perfect apartment

Second time staying here and it was just as fabulous. Great location for access to public transport, plenty of places to eat just on the door step. Edward and family are great hosts and very welcoming. There if you need them for anything but leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Apartment is very well appointed and makes for a comfortable stay. Terrace is outstanding. Would have no hesitation is staying here again.

Lovely compact studio, lovely sunny out door space

Lovely studio at the top of the townhouse, very close to the hustle and bustle and all amenities. There is a tight (ish) sprial staircase to climb to get to the room, but manageable with suitcase, excellent host

Spiral stair, what spiral stair.?

The apartment is tiny and accessed via a spiral stair so tight and steep it is nearly impossible to negotiate, especially with bags. This was strangely not mentioned on the website. The hot water is a trickle which eventually arrived after a wait for the system to kick in, and the view is nil. Altogether a disappointing stay.

Enjoyable stay in Sliema

This was a very central property, only metres from the Sliema ferry. The property was very comfortable with a particularly spacious and well furnished terrace. Although forming the upper floor of the owners' house, it was private and you could come and go as you please. Edward and his family were very friendly and helpful whilst respecting our privacy. Highly recommended.

Great location for exploring Malta

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the appartment. The outside area is really nice with everything you need there. Also the location is fantastic, it is only a short walk to the Valletta ferry and to the bus stop. And allthough everything you need is so close by, the appartment itself is really quiet. Edward and his family were really nice and helped us with all the questions we had. Should we come back to Malta we would love to stay there again.

Aangenaam verblijf in Sliema

De vakantiewoning was zeer goed. Een aangenaam terras om te ontbijten en te vertoeven. Gelukkig had de eigenaar dit jaar een airco voorzien, want bij temperaturen boven de 36° was dit geen overbodige luxe. Een ideaal verblijf om van daaruit verschillende locaties te bezoek per boot of per bus.

The property had a lot of character and had everything I needed - a nice little kitchen, great balcony/terrace, and an ideal location. The apartment is located within a couple of minutes' walk to the ferries where you can hop over to Valletta in a few minutes (a beautiful way to enter the city) or take a day trip to Gozo and Comino. I am a light sleeper but slept very well here - the street was quiet. There is a nice coffee shop and a family run restaurant right across the street. There are plenty of other restaurants and shops close by. The apartment is perfect for active couples or solo travelers. The owners made me feel very welcome and gave good directions before I arrived. I was able to take a bus from the airport to a stop just by the ferries near the apartment - easy!

Excellent séjour chez Edward

Studio parfaitement situé à 200 m des bus et ferries vers Lavalette. Edward parle bien français et est sympathique et disponible. Terrasse agréable et ensoleillée. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Very short walk to Sleima forshore and gateway to ferries, shops, street food, excellent restaurant over the road, shops and top end stores galore, never left Sleima except for tour around bay, all at the doorstep, Ray & Marg

Super Lage

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben mit einer sehr steilen schmalen Treppe großer Terrasse und einem Wohn/Koch- Schlafraum. der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Die Lage ist einfach super in 2 min. bei der Fähre und bei den Busshaltestellen. Einkaufen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir habe die Tage genossen.

Compact apartment

The apartment is very small and compact but with everything you need for a holiday.A very comfortable bed and large,private sun terrace. The owner,Edward and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is within a few minutes walk to ferries and local buses but there is a lot of building work going on at the moment making the resort looking a little untidy.

Edward and family were great hosts, very friendly, gave great advise for local dining. Though they were mostly available, we could keep our privacy easily. The terrace is to die for. Heiße Tage über den Dächern Sliemas

Wir sind sehr nett von Edward empfangen worden. Die Treppe war wie versprochen eine Hürde. Das Zimmer ist sehr übersichtlich. Leider fehlten uns Ablagemöglichkeiten, sodass wir zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Die sommerliche Hitze war überraschend heiß. Leider war der Balkon nicht mehr so ausgestattet, wie auf dem Bild. Die Markise war kaputt und der vorhandene Sonnenschirm zu wenig um die Sonne abzuhalten. Durch die Hitze konnten wir den Balkon nur wenig nutzen und in der Wohnung war es kaum auszuhalten. Das Bett ist gut, das Gästebett ist nicht sehr komfortabel für Kinder aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist ausreichend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Edward stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Bellissima esperienza!

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo in tutti i suoi aspetti! Edward, il proprietario, si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. L'appartamento era attrezzato di tutto, molto pulito, confortevole e centralissimo, dotato di un terrazzo invidiabile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at Edwards place. The location is excellent - right by the ferry lines and in the heart of sliema. Easy to walk lots of places or catch a bus or ferry. Edward stayed up late to greet me after my late flight in. He was also very quick to respond whenever I reached out. The apartment is well equipped, and the deck is AWESOME. Definitely recommend.

Sehr gute Lage und nette aufmerksame Vermieter

Die Lage und die Terasse sind ein Highlight. Edward und seine Familie sind freundliche und hifsbereite Gastgeber. Das Objekt verfügt über ein neues Bad. Die Betten sind gut. Die Ausstattung war für uns völlig ausreichend. Man sollte hier erwähnen, dass der Aufstieg auf der steinernen Wendeltreppe mit Gepäck durchaus eine Herausforderung war. Ansonsten kann man hier nichts falsch machen. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Edward und Familie!
