"Great place to stay for our group of 8! Conveniently located and large rooms that comfortably fit everyone."

"Middle class neighborhood. Remodeled home. A/C was fair as some bedrooms were very hot (but it was 110 outside). Pool is very small but was refreshing. Game room and ping pong table were great. Kitchen was great. Roomy home. Close to strip."

We were there for my grandsons hockey tournament and this afforded us family time together in a pleasant environment while being close enough to the attractions of Las Vegas. It was a little awkward that the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms share the same master bath with only access through 2 bedrooms. "This property was the exact combination we were looking for, cool on the inside with outdoor dining for breakfast before the heat, and a pool to enjoy once it was hot! Even the ping pong table in the side yard was appreciated! The kitchen and dining room made cooking in easy to enjoy among friends, and their were enough beds and baths for 4 couples! We also appreciated the off street parking for our 3 cars! Even the drive in to the Strip was easy, approx 25 minutes, but it was nice to get away...

"Property was just what we needed for a family reunion. Lots of room for all of us to hang out in the kitchen and living room and the dining room had plenty of space for all of us to eat communal meals together. The owners were responsive when we reached out for clarification on the pool/spa controls. The pool table was underwhelming and some of the games in the unheated garage needed repair, but we did not have young children in our group, so it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay...

"Do not stay here. I rented the house for 3 weeks on a work trip. I wanted to use the hot tub so I had to pay a pool heating fee. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were not heated. I informed the owner. She said she would send out the pool guy. Long story short the pool and hot tub were never heated. I'm pretty sure she knew the heater didn't work and charged me the pool heating fee anyways. AND THEN ignored my request for a refund!! She has continued to ignore my texts requesting a refund....

"From the beginning, communication with the owner and property manager was terrible!!! I had to contact VRBO to finally get them to answer me. The pool does not have any outdoor furniture so my 75 year old mother was expected to get down and lay on the rough cement. When I asked the owner about any outdoor chairs, she suggested we go to the Wynn. That’s where she always goes to enjoy the pool. Who tells you to go and enjoy somewhere else? Our purpose was to hang out by the pool for two days....

"Overall our stay was very good, the house is very spacious and we did not feel crowded at all. The pool was dirty when we arrived, although host stated it was cleaned that morning, it was windy but there was alot of dirt at the bottom, a bit disappointing considering they charge the extra fee to clean it. "We all had a good time at my wife's 75th birthday reunion. The property owner was very responsive and supplied us with everything. She answered our questions about things to do and see in the area She even fixed a minor issue with a clogged bathroom sink while we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone."
