"Great spot for our family to relax and tour the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. "

"Great property. Clean and spacious. Lots of things for the kids to do. The zipline was a huge hit. Hot tub was amazing and very clean. Was right beside some incredible mountain biking. There was also a fantastic running path right down the road that dogs can run off leash. The house itself was perfect. Lots of room for the kids to play and sleep comfortably. The ping pong table was also a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Probably one of the best houses we have ever rented on VRBO."

A few relatively minor “watch-outs”… The listing states there may be fees for extra guests but we were surprised that the host fee included $300 for extra guests even though the property advertises it sleeps 4, and we are a family of 4. "The property is exactly as it is listed. Walk two blocks, and you are right in the heart of shopping and excellent restaurants. It was a great central location for hitting the ski hill as well. Chara had us set up with everything we needed and was responsive to questions. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"A unique vintage residence to stay at near Nelson BC. Spacious - we liked that bedrooms were on the corners of the house to give some privacy. 2.5 bathrooms were handy as well. Dining was great for meals and games. Backyard was very pleasant and had plenty of sunshine and shade options. Hosts were very responsive!!"

Use of the hot tub is a bonus under the stars on a clear night. Comfort abounds in this Vintage House from the bedding to furniture. All the comforts of home with the aged beauty of days gone by! "Great setting for talking with other travelers and location for knocking around Nelson. Nice lobbies and kitchen areas Shared bathrooms are on all the floors so that worked out OK So altogether a fun alternative to conventional hotels and beats tenting surrounded by RV's."
