"Als wir 17:30 Uhr eintrafen hatte der Vermieter noch keine Info. über unsere Buchung, die wir betreits im Oktober 2022 vorgenommen haben incl. der Bezahlung. Unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung war nun von einem anderen Gast besetzt. Wir telefonierten sofort mit einem Mitarbeiter des FeWo-Portals, dieser darüber keine Lösung geben konnte, auch kein Angebot für eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Meinem beteits eingezahlten Betrag muss ich nun selbst von FeWo zurückfordern!!! Nie wieder werde ich...
