"This is the fourth Moxy we stayed at in the last 4 weeks. This was not the best. The location is unbeatable, but other areas were a let down. In the other Moxy hotels we could phone and speak with a live agent easily: not once was a call to reception answered. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay despite us going to reception and asking for the clean. On the Sunday morning, only 1 of 4 lifts was working. This was a nightmare and people were leaving around 11 am with large suitcases so space was at a premium in the solo working lift. Not a good look at all"

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel special, valued, and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly remarkable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality is delivered with such passion and sincerity. The team didn’t just meet our expectations — they exceeded them in every possible way! A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. "Arrived and did the self check in, was put into a room on the first floor looking out over the dock, unfortunately there was construction works going on above us and it was making quite abit of noise, I went back down to reception and asked about it, as it was going on for another day or so they moved us up to the 7th floor overlooking the thames which was a great improvement, so that was great of the hotel to do that, rest of the stay was good, room was nice and quiet, only issue I had was when we checked in it stated if we wanted breakfast and the price really surprised us, is stated it would be £200 for the 2 of us and that was for 2 morning, that is very steep, so we just went next door to costa and had a breakfast wrap from there for a fraction of the cost"
