Very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful at breakfast time, and breakfast has plenty options.

It's an excellent location, close to the LHR.

Beautiful hotel

Close to Windsor and airport. Clean great staff, great breakfast, used longer snacks that were convenient.

spent one night while visiting Windsor Castle. Enjoyed the solitude this hotel has from the busy bustling London. The grounds are very nicely kept and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel has a Good restaurant, and it has reasonable priced rates. Would stay there again.

Great location

Room was set up for my party of four before we arrived. Extra bed made, extra towels, extra toiletries, all done perfectly. Staff took care of special after hours request to make my stay better. Nice location for Terminal 5.

Great staff, very nice quiet room with air conditioning. Excellent facilities including a tennis court and an indoor pool / spa. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Special thanks to Ian and Harry. Great seeing you both again and we look forward to our next stay.

Outstanding service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very pleased we stayed here after our flight in to LHR from PHX. Only minor challenge was that there is no lift. However, staff helped us with the bags. Plan to return before we leave for USA
