"Our check-in experience at LOFT was excellent - the staff on duty gave us lots of details and information about the hotel and the city to help us settle in. Our room was absolutely spotless (thank you, Dominika!) and in the modern part of LOFT, facing towards Freedom Square and it was very quiet during our three-night stay. "Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer mit Snacks und gefüllter Minibar inklusive. Wasser haben wir täglich neue Flaschen bekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig."

"Wir haben ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage bekommen. Durch die Baustelle nebenan war ein ruhiger Schlaf kaum möglich. Es gab keinen Hinweis seitens des Hotels. Noch viel schlimmer und das kann man nur als Abzocke bezeichnen, ist der Parkstreifen vor dem Hotel. Ich habe explizit eine Mitarbeiterin und einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich mein Fahrzeug dort parken dürfte. Am frühen Morgen komme ich trotz gelöster EasyPark an mein Fahrzeug und fand dieses mit einer Parkkralle vor. Auf...
