"We arrived at the hotel very late at night, even though our reservation specifically was for 2 adults and 2 children, the room had only 1 bed ready, when I called the reception they said “we did not saw the 2 children in the reservation” one the children was literally on our hands. So I asked for someone to make the bed, and someone came and had a very unhappy face and just gave us the bed sheets and went (we had to find out our selves how to open the sofa bed and do everything with 2 children at 2 a.m while the little kid was crying because he was so tired)
Other then the issue with the check-in, the location of the hotel is great, food is ok (similar and very basic breakfast every day), and for some reason the room wasn’t cleaned even though we had the special sign on our door."
