"Great location and value. While Hotel Wersal by itself provides cozy, comfortable, quiet stay, its joint venture with Bachelad, the more superior cousin next door affords additional perks like upscale dining and spa easily accessible. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I would say they should work on is better signage for the location. Since the 2 facilties are next-door but signs only point to Bachelad where the reception is also located, it is not easy to decipher which hotel you are walking into. The other missing amenity in the room was a hair dryer. But regardless, it was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay!!"

"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"
