"There are no refrigerators, no safes in the room, and no laundry services even though the website explicitly says they have laundry. I was told the website does say they don’t have refrigerators and I spent 40 minutes looking for that info but never found it. Other than that the place is fine. It’s conveniently located, clean, and modern. Had I known ahead of time what they were missing I would’ve stayed elsewhere. "

"I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. "I would have preferred an hotel nearer the city centre, there were no local restaurants nearby to get an evening meal as the hotel restaurant was closed Getting into the city you need a taxi unless you can understand the tram network. Getting back to the hotel by taxi can be an ordeal without the App😟 and a phone that allows international calls."

The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements."
