"I already called Expedia about this yesterday trying to cancel my booking because it was so appaling. All the furniture had stains on it, the bedding wasn't provided and we had to wait until sheets andctowels were done drying late in the evening. I also shared pictures with your agent. This property should not be rented out on Expedia."

"We traveled from the US & our stay was very pleasant. Both Mr. Lunde & Tatiana were very nice. The apartment was spacious, clean, & equipped with the necessary needs (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washer, dryer, kitchen with fridge/freezer,& stove/oven). "Wir hatte eine Unterkunft für 7 Personen und 5 Nächte gesucht. Diese Unterkunft wurde uns für bis zu 8 Personen angezeigt. Sie ist aber lediglich für die Übernachtung von 6 Personen ausgelegt. Die Sauberkeit, gerade in der Küche (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler) war unterirdisch, der Kaffeevollautomat defekt und eine angegebene Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden. "We staying 3 nights plus another 2 nights in this hotel. Great place to stay, very close to all amenities, bus transit from airport to airport just right at front door, metro line and all bus connection just right behind the building. Walking distance to city. Our room was so nice and comfortable and we got upgrade to premium room which locate at 21dt floor with great view. Very special thanks to the staff for their service and helpfulness. Great swimming pool, spa and gym which open from 5am to 11pm. Breakfast was great. Next traveling to oslo we will definitely comeback to stay here. Highly recommended..... !"
