"Rooms were nice and clean and so was the entire property on the inside. The area was a little rough with several homeless people around, and an apartment building next to the hotel was very questionable with people outside all the time."

"Place that everything I needed as I was staying to visit some friends. It had all the amenities needed, and it was super quiet. Definitely recommend this place for those that are looking for a budget option if you are visiting the Evansville area since it’s about 15 minutes away"

"We were checked in very promptly and when a ground floor room was preferred, it was offered with no room change fees. Many nice restaurants are available nearby We will be staying again! Room was quite clean and amenities stated were present. Nice Continental breakfast was available. "
