"Laura was Amazing she is the poolside bartender and she was the highlight of our trip Sadly the beds /pillows were absolutely terrible Prioritize was lovely Americano restaurant was excellent say well as the staff we had three meals there all excellent Beware sun leaves pool area at around 230-3pm which is a negative only because we chose this property in. Part due to the pool and ability to hit he in the Atlanta sunshine Overall a decent stay but sleep is crucial and we didn t get much"

"The staff were very courteous and helpful. My accommodations were clean and well maintained. The bar was nice as was the live DJ on Friday. I enjoyed my meals and had an overall great stay. Brittany was great as she checked me in on Thursday night as I arrived late. Marlo was a dream as well. Thanks guys!!"

"As someone who has traveled internationally for business for over 30 years and stayed in countless hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. We were a group of about 12 people attending a wedding in Atlanta, and everyone in our group was unhappy with this hotel. Here are some of the issues we experienced: 1. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were extremely dirty and smelled bad. 2. The rooms were very small. 3. The towels were dirty. 4. We found several hairs on the bed sheets. 5. The reservation staff responded rudely when we showed them photos of the hair on the bed. 6. The breakfast was terrible, very limited, and there was not even coffee available during breakfast time. The staff’s response to this was also rude."

"From start to finish The Westin Buckhead was an amazing experience. My daughter and I checked in for a staycation and we felt like we had hopped a flight and checked into a luxury hotel elsewhere. The staff was so nice, The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the room service was delicious! I even got introduced to my new favorite red wine by one of the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. One of my absolute favorite amenities was the built in water station where we filled up our water bottles daily with alkaline or sparkling water. The only thing that could be better would be the “Starbucks” breakfast area. The refrigerated food in the case did not look appetizing and the wait was too long. I would definitely stay at the Westin Buckhead again."
