"Breakfast menu was random selection the food wasn’t tasteful or the presentation. The rooms need to be repainted and upgraded some. Housekeeping should be available upon request. I waited 1hr for clean towels. The check out process was horrible nobody was at the desk at 6am I waited for 30 min until someone arrived. Still haven’t received my incidental deposit as well. Staff wasn’t very friendly "

"Everything was fine overall. Shower is poorly installed. Room 320. One side was higher than the other causing the glass not to seat in the guides, allowing it to swing in. I have a toddler so not very safe given how large and heavy those doors can be. The bottom is loose and poorly caulked allowing the floor to get very wet. The flooring is buckling beside the shower floor pan, so its obviously an ongoing issue. The pictures of the "luxury king" room on thr Expedia did not match what was reserved. After some digging, expedia was using pictures for the larger studio room that had things like a couch and flat top cooking stove in the gallery for the room i picked. That felt misleading so obviously it was less room and accommodations than what i was expecting. Which i was gonna use a pack and play for our daughter assuming we were getting a larger room. We have been double charged $50 for some reason and need to figure out what thats about, and i dont belive we have been given our deposit back yet. Food was ok. Not exactly hot, but not cold. There didn't seem to be anything mainting heat other than a heavy lid. Certainly wasn't warm enough to keep the cheese on the eggs melted. Drop off area was pretty tight. Wasn't a bad experience, but have definitely been to nicer places at the same price point. "

"Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost."

"Nice property, but the sixth smelled strong with marijuana. Also, the heat room was broken and the workout area needed some major updates. Solid 3/5 hotel. "
