Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. "I rented the boat for the weekend. I showed up at the destination to find no boat. I contacted the owner throug messaging with no response. After being on hold with expedia for over an hour the owner contacted me. He stated he did not even get my reservation. I was sent to another location to where the boat was. It was dirty. Literally garbage and cups and a used huka left behind from previous guests. I was told i would receive a refund which i did not. I highly recommend to not rent this place...

It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well.
