"The room was damp and smelled bad when we had checked in. Had I not been exhausted from driving down country roads in a bad storm, I would have driven on. When I woke up, I was covered with bug bites. When I reported it to the front desk, they offered no help and said if I could stay until 3 pm ( it was 8 am), I could talk to the manager. If you’re running a motel and you have a possible bedbug infestation, it is an emergency, unless it is the norm. The manager can’t be disturbed??? So...

"I paid extra for a handicap room. There was no shower seat except for one that hung off the side of the tub and was about 2 in off the bottom of the tub. That's unacceptable for any handicapped person to try to get off that shower seat I had to go pay $40 to buy a real shower seat. The bed was slanted and sloped to the side so you can't even get a comfortable night's sleep me and my husband's back were both killing us.
