The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not...

"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

"Great location if you are looking at downtown. Noisy until bar closure but nothing that will prevent you to sleep. Beautifully decorated. Has 1.5 bathroom, wich is super convenient. Cleanliness was not to my standard."

"Great property! It was walking distance to Broadway and Capitol Park area. There was easy access to interstates for navigating the city (Opry and other tours). Nearby public parking was convenient but expensive (standard Nashville rates). There are homeless people residing in the area, but we never felt unsafe. There is a lot of construction, but this is all over downtown Nashville. Go to the coffee shop across the street for breakfast! It is a great place for a group to stay! The living area...
