"The room cleanliness was OK, and the housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Spa, hamam, and the pool are clean but needs more attention with the service. Valet service is perfect and free of charge. The bed mattress needs an upgrade. It doesn't feel like one of those nice hotel beds. I would book it again for my next trip. "

"My 7 night stay in this hotel was good, the staff were excellent in every respect, particularly Haci and his lovely young lady assistant, they were so helpful, the hotel itself is in a quiet back street away from the noisy main road and suited me very well, but the building itself does require some uodating, with leaking shower pipes, but this didn’t spoil my stay, the breakfast was very adequate and I thought this hotel was very good value for money and I had a good stay there !"
