Welcome to Loggerhead Landing! This beachfront condo is located on the top floor giving unobstructed views to the ocean and only steps to the beach. Whether you enjoy seeing the sunrise with your morning coffee on the private balcony or relaxing on the beach listening to the sound of the ocean, this is the place for you.

THE PROPERTY
Loggerhead Landing features 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, built in bunk beds in the main hall, 1 bathroom, and is just steps to the beach! This condo is located on the top floor for you to enjoy amazing views of the ocean from the private balcony. Walk down the steps to the first floor for private beach access and a relaxing beach experience.

LIVING SPACE
Our beach and sea themed open living space provides ample seating for all guests with full size couch and sitting chairs in addition to the kitchen bar seating and the drop leaf dining table. The living room is equipped with a large TV and cable. All you have to bring are your streaming log ins!

Loved it the balcony view was definitely the highlight for me in high tide the waves crashing beneath your feet and low tide watching the waves uncover troves of shells and stones along the beach was unreal the family loved the beach right outside the unit and the unit was quite and homely easy to relax and listen to the ocean

Perfect Beachfront Condo
This property was exactly as advertised and the hosts had great communication and answered questions almost immediately. If you like being "on the beach", this condo doesn't get you much closer. The steps directly under the unit get covered by the surf during high tide, but it's really not that big of an issue. Wade through the gently crashing waves or walk down to the end of the parking lot to a wide open beach. Highly recommend for families or small groups.

We had a great time and was very relaxing but if wanted to shop or eat just a short drive crab pot was amazing would stay again for sure. Only thing was the beach is gone lol at times but was fine we just sat on balcony only suggest maybe getting more comfortable seats 🙂

The setup was super cute. Nice view of the beach. The AC doesn’t work like it should. It gets warm. lol. Also high tide might be in all day so you’re unable to go to the beach till by 4 pm (which is what happened to us). Other those 2 negative things, we loved it.

Cute place but with challenges
The condo is very cute and well decorated, but was not quite what we expected. The overall building is aging, as are the amenities around it. And, unfortunately, the beach around this unit was not at all what we were hoping for. Part of this is our fault since we hadn’t been to North Topsail before. The biggest concern was how close the water is to the building. Sand bags are in place to protect the building, which sticks out further than most others. At high tide, the water entirely covered the beach making it impossible to get out without walking through the parking lot past several buildings to another set of stairs slightly further back. We wanted this unit because it was so close to the beach, but without a beach available that made things significantly harder to enjoy. This, of course, is not the owner’s fault but is a sad reality for North Topsail. The other hard aspect of the unit was its proximity to town. While there was a small quick-grab market and a couple of restaurants nearby, you had to drive 20+ minutes to get to the areas where most things were. Again, this isn’t the owner’s fault but our lack of knowledge of the area, which I think others should be aware of. I felt like we paid a lot for an experience that wasn’t what we hoped for. If you’re looking for a cute place to stay and don’t mind these aspects then I can say that the owner was great at communicating with us and was apologetic about the high tides, so that aspect was very positive.

A fun and relaxing beach condo at North Topsail
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Great location in a private condo community on the northern tip, unbeatable ocean view, easy access to the beach (even at high tide if accessed by the steps at building 8). Reached out to the owner for area restaurant recommendations and used several - they were greatly appreciated! We had such a fun and memorable trip!

Great spot for couple getaway
This was a great spot for a couples getaway. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony. This end of the island is suffering from erosion, so getting to the beach was a little walk but easy enough to navigate. Contactless entry was smooth sailing. Thanks very much for the opportunity to stay.

Last minute vacation
Property was clean and had a great ocean view from balcony. The air-conditioning unit does an alright job of keeping the living room area cool however it gets very hot in the main bedroom at night with the door closed. I would recommend a fan or small ac unit for this room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a really good time especially with the tiki bar across the street.

Great condo on the beach and awesome owners
This was a quaint and cute condo. Beautiful views. Very well decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. For five women we were snug but not uncomfortable. The home owners went above and beyond to secure us an extra parking pass with only a few days before we came. They didn’t have to do that and we appreciated it very much. I wouldn't of been able to come down if they didn’t. Huge win win. Also, they were prompt to call us and walk us through a tripped breaker on a Saturday night. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!! Blessings!

I’ll always take a not so great beach trip over no beach trip. The house was nice and did have a BEAUTIFUL beach view, the furniture and bed were very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were very soft and new-like, but a few details were left out which made our trip not the best. There was no central air, it’s a window unit in the living room that works great but is VERY loud, there is a smaller unit in the bedroom but also LOUD, I heard it all night. If turned off the room got hot so it needed to run all day. My son ended up sleeping on the fold out couch because the bunk beds didn’t get good air flow. The water in the shower was either scalding or freezing- nothing in the middle. The location was poor, there is NOTHING around, we were not informed that there was construction at property so each morning we woke to the backing up of large equipment back filling and making sand bags. This is not a “walk out onto the sand and stay all day” beach front property. The tide comes in around 9am until 6pm. We had to walk down the beach and find a spot but even then we had to leave around 1 because the tide came in. I ended up laying out on the walkway to beach access steps just to enjoy the sun. Unfortunately, we won’t stay here again.
