"Our large family had a wonderful week in this beach house. Our consensus is that the property rates an 8 out of 10. Overall, it’s a “thumbs up” but it would really benefit from some TLC.What’s great about the property: the location – plenty of beach at low tide and enough at high tide; the 4th floor common space – large well-stocked kitchen, lots of seating, pool table, great deck and an incredible view; 8 comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms; nice bed linens and bath towels; great A/C and plenty of hot water; a lot of beach chairs and towels; a second refrigerator in the game room; plenty of parkingWhat could have been better: the outside of the property on the entrance side had trash and dead landscaping that looks like it’s been there awhile – all the surrounding properties look notably better; the pool and deck area really need attention – cracked cement, calcified stain ring all around pool, broken pool toys and floaties strewn around and in a bin full of water; multiple burned out light bulbs in both overhead and table lamps throughout the house; poor cleanliness under most furniture and beds; the game room was a mess with building supplies, broken boogie boards and beach chairs and the air hockey table didn’t work; the elevator was finicky- enough so that we stopped using it."
