This was a great house for our annual business planning retreat.The property is an easy walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfect as the ocean water was too cold but the pool was perfect. The management was very communicative and addressed any concerns quickly. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!

This place is amazing! It's very close to the beach and has a private pool (where we spent most of our time.) The house is immaculate with comfy furniture, a great kitchen, and smart TVs all over. Also, Christine was super proactive with anything we needed and always available via text. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the absolute best house in North Topsail Beach!

Relaxing Family Getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink! The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable and fun long weekend away. It was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in on Topsail - plus our dog loved the private, fenced-in yard! We would love to come back again in the future.

Mother’s Day get away!

To enhance the writing, you can try: Our tradition of spending Mother’s Day at the beach was interrupted when we moved from California to NC, leaving us longing for the beach life. Perfect!!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. The house had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was amazing. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the house and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed in many high-end vacation rentals, and this is one of the best back yards we’ve ever had. The kids and dogs all had so much fun. We came home very relaxed with many fond memories. Wonderful vacation at Tickled Pink Cottage!

Our family had a great week at the lovely Tickled Pink cottage! The pool being heated was wonderful and so many activities for our adult sons with special needs that made it extra perfect for us. The views and easy access to the beach and seeing the inlet was another big plus! Christine the manager was prompt with answering questions and making sure we were all set with having a great stay. Everything you could want and more!

The pictures did not even do this house justice! In addition to the gorgeous rooms, everything you would want or need was provided. The heated pool was such a blessing given the crummy weather we had. The owner responded to all my messages quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy.

Beautiful N Topsail Beach and Convenient Amenity Location

Beata and her Tickled Pink location team made our spur of the moment trip a huge success. We loved the multiple water views from the house, the fully equipped home and close proximity to the beach. Communication was clear, accurate and accommodating - we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay to experience more of the beautiful beach weather and views but when we have more time to check out the quaint surrounding areas and eating places we discovered! Paradise in North Topsail

Tickled Pink is just amazing! The house is well-maintained and well-equipped with anything you could need. Linens, blender, crockpot, coffee makers, pots, pans, trash bags, bikes, beach cart, the list goes on and on! The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and the beach is merely steps away. Christine and Beata are a joy to work with. Their care and kindness during our stay were an added bonus. Don’t miss this piece of paradise in North Topsail!

Amazing home away from home!

This home was near close to perfect! All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The decks had amazing views and were just peaceful to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. The pool was probably my favorite part. It was nice just to walk out the back and slip right into your own water sanctuary. Very entertaining backyard area with plenty of things to do in addition to the pool. The kitchen was clean and great for those nights that you didn’t want to go out and just relax and eat at the house. A close walk to the beach with two access points. An outdoor shower to clean off with after being on the beach. Had a few minor setbacks come up during our stay but Beata was on them immediately! Absolutely love this house and hope to go back again soon!

Awesome House, Great Host

The house is awesome. It is a very roomy, well furnished vacation home. The bedding is good and the furnishings nice. Our family really enjoyed sitting on the porches and taking in the views of North Topsail Beach. We bought a 4x4 access pass and drove the short distance to the New River Inlet access point and sat on the inlet, fished, and relaxed watching all the boats come in and out. Not a place to swim due to high currents but we don't do a lot of swimming in the ocean anyway. My daughter brought her 9 month old baby and the house is well appointed for children and babies with a high chair, portable crib, and kid friendly plates and cups. The back yard is really nice with plenty of seating, a heated pool, and lots of pool floats. The host provides plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. The grill is decent and the propane tank was full when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a large table that seats 10 + for dining and playing games or whatever activities you might have in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful and Fully-Stocked Home Away from Home in N. Topsail

This beautiful home in North Topsail exceeded all expectations we had from the property listing (and the name). From the thorough and quick communication from both host and on-site manager, to the cleanliness of the property, and the convenience and comfort of the home, location, and amenities, we were thrilled with our quick family trip! This is not your typical beach rental. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the views are great, all beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked, the pool/hammock/outdoor areas were all gorgeous, there were games/puzzles for the whole family, plenty of soap and paper products, and the beach was a quick walk, even for our 4-year-old. It's the little details, too: tons of hangers in each closet, a clock in every room, plenty of towels (bath, kitchen, beach), pantry essentials stocked - you can tell that Beata and Christine genuinely care about their guests' experience and anticipate their needs. Amazing!

I absolutely love this house and could not wait to stay here. The house exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, the layout was perfect for our family. It has multiple level balconies that provides great views of the sunsets and sunrises. The living room and dining room was great for our big family to hang out in one room, which included our gentle giant fur baby. He was excited to finally go on his first family vacation with us. He loved the fenced in backyard and ran circles around it many times. The backyard was amazing. It has a heated in ground pool (which Beata made sure was open prior to our arrival in March) corn hole, a hammock, and other outdoor games. The sitting area was relaxing and welcoming. We had so much fun that I asked to stay two more days at Tickled Pink. Beata and Christine were very accommodating to our last minute request and made sure my family and I had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We are already planning our next trip to one of Beata’s properties. Once you find a host who has a reputation for cleanliness, hospitality and honestly it’s hard to stay anywhere else.
