Two Bedroom Town Home Second Row with no additional Host Fees

Our town house is open, airy and cheery. Comfortably and informally decorated and appointed, it can accommodate up to six people. Enjoy both ocean and sound views from the two second story decks. It is ideally located just steps away from the un-crowded beach and community pool. Play games on the beach or on the grassy space in front of the unit.

Enjoy the sunrise at the north end of the island, searching for many varieties of plentiful shells, and walking for miles on the white, fine sand beach. The water is a clear aqua blue and a refreshing temperature during beach season. Watch the shrimp boats enter the ocean from the New River early in the morning and sail southward just offshore. You can sometimes spy schools of dolphins playing up and down the shoreline.
You’ll enjoy exploring the local restaurants and local bars on the island and mainland each with their own personality. There are lots of small shops, water activities, and local history to be sought out. Several golf courses are within a few minute’s drive. Be sure to try fresh seafood caught daily and sold at a variety of local markets.

You will find this property thoroughly cleaned by our professional cleaning crew with fresh bath and bed linens upon your arrival. Please let us know if you have any problems or concerns.

We have added new deck chairs that overlook the ocean and sound. You will also enjoy the room darkening blinds installed in the front bedroom.

Please look carefully at what disposable items are included and what are not so that you can arrive prepared to enjoy your beach vacation! We provide hand soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher soap pod, and one trash bag in each trash can to get you started.

Great stay!!
I came here with my family and my four year-old daughter and it was a very convenient place to stay. It is extremely close to the beach and having the pool there for when she gets tired of it was super convenient. I’ve never stayed on this side of the island before and I really enjoyed it. The owner was in communication with me about the storms The communicated extremely well, which makes all the difference in my opinion. It was a really great day.

Good Stay
We always have a great time in topsail. We enjoyed the stay. The condo was great overall. There are things that could have made things easier like a water hose under the unit, a wand shower head, and some pads under the kitchen table chairs. Aside from that, great time in Topsail!

Very close to beach!
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family stationed at the local military base. We loved how close to the beach the unit was. The beach was great-not crowded & clean! The downside was that the complex is over a 30 minute drive to the military base. We felt like we were in the car the whole trip. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. The slight improvements I would make is to have a tv in the second bedroom, more bath towels(only found 2 towels for 4 people), & basic cleaning supplies(a couple of garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, a regular broom, etc.). All in all, it was a good stay.

The overall condo was satisfactory. Two issues we had. The toilet in the full bath is to small and also extremely too low to the floor. As older adults we had issues with the size and height of that tiolet. It does not accommodate someone who has issues with getting up and down. Also the livingroom furniture is worn and the covers were dirty.

The place was just ok... maybe slightly less than ok. Pros: nice area with easy beach access and nice pool. Had laundry in unit. Cons: The construction next door was annoying, but understandable. Our main issue was it was pretty dirty like it needed a deep clean everywhere and most things were very dated/used and at the end of life. The toaster, blender, several kitchen utensils (oven mitts were really gross), plastic plates & cups... all probably just need to be replaced at this point. The tub was so old and questionable I bathed my 4 year old rinsing her with a cup standing up. The beds were very hard and the pillows were comically flat (we laughed until it was time to sleep on them). The vertical blinds do not work even when following the directions. The living room sliding glass door doesn't slide (I couldn't open it at all, my husband had to put his weight into it and still struggled to open it halfway) so we didn't even try the others. And the place was buggy. There's ants in the kitchen by the stove, we had to kill a few German roaches, found a beetle roaming around and had a mud dauber in the bathroom. The price is what got me, but honestly, I'm not sure it was even worth it. We were all pretty uncomfortable so we wouldn't stay again.

We love this place. Very roomy and beautiful, perfect for 4 people. Great spot for relaxation away from the crowded surf city! We enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time on the beach and in the very nice pool. Love love love and if we ever come back to Topsail we would choose here!
