What a lovely stay, even in the middle of winter! Cabin is exactly as described, cozy and just right for the two of us! The hot tub was the hit for me, the snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. The goats are soooo cute! We took our dog to a couple of state parks and let her run, she was very comfortable in the cabin also. A great place to stay!
What a terrifically wonderful little venue! Between the Firepit and the Hot Tub, the lighting and the falling acorns and leaves, the goats and the comfort of the bed and the structure, we really wished we had had more downtime to stay longer!
The host was supper nice. The cabin was clean. We visited for our 23rd Anniversary and we had a welcome sign wishing us a Happy Anniversary and a card. So thoughtful and sweet. We will definitely visit again.
The place was perfect. Reminded me of a dollhouse. Beautiful Christmas tree, decorated beautifully for the season. It was clean as a whistle, stocked with coffee and snacks. Big screen TV with free internet access. Two comfortable recliners and a loft. The bathroom/shower area was perfect as well. We were in a perfect quiet location for our dogs. Not to mention the hot tub which I thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor sitting area. William and Lisa introduced themselves on our arrival and they turned out to be the perfect hosts. When in Sneads- you have a place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay very much. It made for a great experience and wonderful memories. The cabin was clean with attention to a lot of details to make it comfortable and cozy.
The cabin was so clean and nice. There were snacks, plenty of towels and toilet paper, and the hot tub was perfect. The goats were so sweet. It isn't far from places to eat. We drove 45 min and spent the day in Tallahasee

The easiest spot ever to deal with from what the place is, it's owner customer service. Clear instructions and had a jacuzzi.
Very nice small cabin. One bed and a small loft over the bath. Owners put in nearly every conceivable amenity from remotes for everything to outdoor spaces with grills, hot tubs, fire pit, games, seating and tables. Was a wonderful place to return to after fishing all day.
Every detail of this cottage is perfection! The decor is absolutely beautiful! It was just the right size me for a 2- night stay. I especially enjoyed feeding the charming goats with the “goat feed” that was left for me to do so was neatly and nicely marked in the cottage. Thank you for the wonderful stay.. - Shannon
Beautiful area. It has projector for movies outside, area to grill, area to do campfire and hot tub. It was lovely to wake up every morning to feed the goats at the property. It was very peaceful and felt like a retreat. The owners are very caring and easy to communicate with.
Very cute and functional tiny home. Perfect for two people. Snacks and sodas were a hit. Looking forward to coming back to get some fruit and vegetables in the area.
We loved our stay here. The location is great for any outdoor adventures with tons of trails and parks in the area. The place itself is lovely, the cabin/tiny home is tucked off on the side of the property away from the main house where the hosts stay. Everything was clean and they even decorated inside for Valentines day for us! There is a picnic table right outside and a small grill if you want to cookout and eat there. The hosts are amazing and super helpful if you run into any issue. And of course, the goats are absolutely adorable!
We loved this cute little place in Sneads. There is not much in the area so finding this place was a gem! It was very clean, had all that we needed, and was spacious enough for my family of 4. Super hot shower, nice sitting area, and beautiful bar. We will come again for sure!
An amazing experience. This hidden gem was a sanctuary away from home. Clean, well maintained tiny house with lots of comforts of home. Great location, only a mile from the state park, and 5 minutes from Chattahoochee park. The goats were a pleasant surprise.

This place was the perfect birthday getaway for my husband and I. I loved the tranquility of the property and the goats (5) were a huge plus. We went for the Cavern tours and did some hiking nearby. We did not get to enjoy the amenities they had at the property but they were plentiful. We were just too tired from visiting the parks. They had a badminton net, hot tub, outside projection for movies. Lisa was super welcoming and we would love to return in the future. So glad to have found this little slice of heaven.
Everything was perfect! Lisa and William were great hosts. We loved the goats! We did some deer hunting locally and loved it. It was really cold but the chin was nice and cozy. It was just the right amount of space for 4 adults. We are already planning a trip back in the summer so we can go fishing. Make sure you check out the FL Caverns and McCoys!!
This was a great place to stay! Quiet, clean, and peaceful. Loved all the small touches..coffee, snacks, cheerios for the goats, and the Happy Birthday sign for my husband. (It was booked for his birthday getaway). The only thing was hot tub was listed in the app as an amenity and there was no hot tub. Overall, awesome! We would come back and recommend others to stay😊
We had an AMAZING time at this little cabin! It was perfect for my family of four. My kiddos took the loft and loved it! It was so clean and smelled AMAZING in the cabin! There were so many nice aspects of the cabin from our welcome sign to the snacks available. The firepit was so awesome and there was also cornbole and a volleyball net that were lit up at night. Lisa and William were great and let us meet their goats! The kids loved feeding the goats. The area is great with the Florida Caverns State Park clpse by and Three Rivers State Park down the road. Lisa made us feel like family. I couldnt have asked for a better trip!
Cute little tiny home/cabin! We especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Make sure to notify them if you plan on using the hot tub so they can turn it on and have it heated up for you. It says to do so in the instructions- but I think some people miss that part. I recommend arriving, taking inventory of what you need, and then do a grocery store run. Worked out great for us as each place we’ve stayed at have offered different kitchen supplies & seasonings, etc. We used the grill and the amazing air fryer/ oven/ rotisserie machine, which was great because they had the one I’ve been wanting to get. So I got to test it out and loved it! They provided lovely snacks and waters as well as a coffee station (VERY IMPORTANT)! They also left a bag of goat snacks, but be warned- the bigger ones are pushy, lol. We did the divide and conquer technique to make sure the smaller ones got some too! Also- look above your heads if you’re around the fire pit at sunset- we saw cute little bats diving for all of the bugs! It’s not pictured or mentioned- but they have a volley ball net set up and a new large picnic dining table by the grill too! Also- if you plan on going hiking, the Caverns, or Bellamy Bridge and it rained recently- you will get wet. We were prepared, but others weren’t- water can be ankle to knee deep in some spots. Thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful vacation.
