"Lovely property in a good location with short walk to Matakana Village. Very clean and quality fittings. We would like to have had a microwave for convenience and lack of a TV seems a bit odd. Otherwise a very comfortable option for a couple."

"Great location!"

"A well appointed, spotlessly clean, and oh so comfortable hideaway, with lovely bush views. Hearing kiwi calling in the night and kākā during the day added to the feeling of being somewhere very special. Our hosts were lovely, and generous with their time and suggestions of things to do. The bach is just up the road from the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary (and night-time kiwi spotting), and the Matakana Market and Cinema are just 10 minutes away. We'll be back!"

"So lovely to spend time in This home. Beautiful property in a great spot."

"We had a wonderful stay here.Everything we needed.Thank you so muchWe will be back again for sure"

"Beautiful property and stylish home with everything you need. Not too many spices if your cooking but great cookware. We loved our stay."

"Nasha and Harjit are amazing host. The accommodation is quiet and unique, just what I was looking for. A great night away from the city life yet close enough to drive fro 35 minutes. We will definitely be back."

"We loved the view ! We were able to see the ocean, food was fantastic and fun shops in walking distance. The hot tubs and pool and sauna were welcome after trekking about the beach all day. One mistake I made caused me to pay extra on the way home because my check in was over weight- I should have packed less and washed my clothes there. All in all great place to stay!"

"Spacious and quiet. "

"Excellent stay, beautiful location. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you!"

"Nice motel which is a short walk from Orewa centre and directly across from beach. Our room was newly renovated and was spotless and spacious with everything you would need. Parking is a bit tight but adequate with street parking available if you have a large vehicle."
