"The rooms are wedge shaped due to the circular plan shape of the hotel. This makes the bathrooms very small. The electrical outlets need updaing as there weren't enough and there were no USB outlets. The beds were comfortable but the room carpet (room 5413) was heavily stained near the bathroom. The bar staff aren't friendly and the prices (two vodka and tonics, one coke and one order of plain chicken wings at almost $100 with th usual tip is expensive. We had dinner in the Sun Dial. OK, the restaurant no longer rotates (disappointing) but thye food and service were both great. The hotal is in a very good location and, if there were a few small upgrades we would return"

"Everything was clean, the staff absolutely amazing. Everyone there is polite and very willing to help even if it’s not their department. The only complaint I have is the bathroom door in the room we had to pull it hard to slide and closed it and that was hard for me because I have some neck and back problems other than that the place is amazing! In two weeks we’ll be back and this time we’re getting into that nice pool they have!"

"I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. It is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Everything from fresh honeycomb to smoked salmon. Where within walking distance of the aquarium, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very cute & clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. We left before breakfast was served & didn’t get a chance to visit the bar but just being in the room while resting is to complete other items in our agenda was peaceful."
