As per code all exterior entrances & the driveway have CCTV cameras. This includes the front and rear screened porch. No cameras inside the house.
Due to increased fraudulent activity. All renters must show a drivers license and the credit card that matches your reservation on check-in.
24 Hour maintenance provided with your stay. Owner stays in detached guest house over the garage. The guest house and garage are not rentable.
