"The photos of the property showed that there is a hot tub and upon arrival there was no hot tub. Also the pool was visibly dirty, unfortunately, so we did not swim, which was disappointing. We did however enjoy the hot breakfast and the staff were very friendly and hospitable."

"When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. "

"Excellent service, nice hotel. Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before). "
