"The Dark Sky Guest House was awesome. The pictures dont do it justice. The fresh eggs were a nice touch and the cat came and hung out with us by the fire. Just a word of advice plan on getting food or anything else you need in town before you head up the mountain. Over all had awesome time. There were plenty of things to do, board games provided, go to the fire lookout, and even some disc golf. "

"Before our stay we reached out with some questions about having a fire and being able to fish. The host was so helpful. We brought our gear and fished all evening till sunset and even again while the sun was rising! All of the linen smelled clean and fresh. The cabin is definitely rustic and there's spider webs and dust from the road but that just adds to the ambience. It was so peaceful and quiet. The only thing you heard was nature! We really enjoyed our stay "

"Came through while doing family business. Read previous reviews that were good and I wanted to check them out. Very friendly, greeted nicely, respectful and accommodating. Clean room, cold air conditioning. Little sparse on decorations but would come back if I came through again!! I recommend this one. Good people!"
