"Great"

"Pros:Excellent view of the A/B quad lifts from the deck, 1 minute walk to the ski lift, good water pressure in the shower and nice hot water, very soft mattress (if you like that), comfortable pull out couch (more firm than the bed mattress), fully equipped kitchen, had everything we needed for a great stay. Cons:Kitchen utensils, pots and pans were all dirty and needed to be washed before use, physical key to get in the unit and the dead bolt was very tricky to lock and unlock. Took almost 10 minutes to get in the unit as the dead bolt wouldn’t move and we didn’t want to break the key. It loosened up the more we used it, but never worked smoothly on the first try. Weird that the ski locker has a digital keypad lock but not the unit itself. Don’t bother messaging the host in the app as it took multiple days for them to respond. Instead, reply to the text message sent by Vacasa as they were responsive when we needed sheets for the pull out couch, the unit would shake like an earthquake whenever someone was using the shared laundry. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The cons were minor annoyances and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. "

"Stay was great. Clean and modern. Great location. Parking was a bit distant but easy access to pull up and load/unload. "

"The place was great. You can't beat the location. The only issues I have were with Vacasa - Place was not set up (bedding and towels) for six people. Bedding came the second day and towels never came. "

"The new unit reflects somewhat recent renovations and was well furnished and well decorated. Good skiing ski out location. The value reflects being on the third floor and having to navigate stairs, however. The management company was attentive and may check in easy. Only complaint was slightly dim lighting in the unit, but otherwise would recommend. "

"Great stay at Okemo. Super convenient to get to the lifts and unit was well maintained. Couldn’t find pillow cases for the pull out couch but otherwise everything was well appointed. Check in/check out was super easy. Thank you!"

"The place was not cleaned well. The water was off we had to call the front desk. The Diswasher was fully of dishes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No paper towel in the kitchen, not even one to start. The wall in the kitchen was dirty"
