"This the first time I booked here and I recommend this hotel to others. The manager on duty did her job with pride and she needs a day off. A very personable lady. She knows her job and knows to treat her customers well. She said that she's salary employee but sometimes you need a break and have a nice day off. "

"We always request the same room upon booking and luckily they have been able to accommodate our ask. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it’s great that the Show Low Cafe is now open again, which means a free fresh, hot breakfast. (Please don’t cheap out on tipping your waiter/waitress though, they are great and deserve it!) Anyways, we have been building a house up here and have stayed at this place many times over the last couple of years and will continue to. No, it’s not a five star resort, but the price is right and it works great for us!"
