Please note the downstairs fireplace will not be functionable for the 2024 & 2025 season. Stonebridge Condos unit 612 allows you to step out the door and directly onto Fanny Hill! This Standard Plus rated 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath ski-in/ski-out unit is perfect for extended or multiple families. Unit 612 is a 2 story unit that features a gas fireplace. True, direct ski-in/ski-out from the bottom floor sliding glass doors allows for a quick, hassle-free lunch break. Bedding consists of 2 Queen Beds in the first and second bedrooms, 1 King in the third bedroom and a 2 Queens in the fourth bedroom. Professionally managed on-site by a local Aspen Snowmass team.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.

Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

Awesome location!

This is a beautiful condo located right on the slope of Snowmass. Easy access to both the lower and upper village via the gondola. Lots of good restaurants a walk away. Property has LOTS of sleeping space and everyone in our party had their own bed. Beautiful kitchen if you prefer to cook. A great stay!
