Unit 502 has been recently remodeled with a contemporary kitchen and baths and new sofas and other furnishings. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace, beautiful flooring and inviting furnishings are a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen and Snowmass have to offer. Unwind on the balcony while preparing dinner on your gas grill and soaking in the view. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while planning the next days adventures with your traveling companions. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.



This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each spacious sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. Humidifiers and hair dryers are in each bedroom and bathroom. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
