This Snowmass condominium offers 830 square feet of living space in a highly desirable location. Situated less than a minute from the ski slope, it will be easy to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and convenient to take a mid-day break within the comfort of your home away from home. Stay awhile and enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer from this 1-bedroom condo with a loft!

Relax in the evenings with the warmth and ambiance of the grand stone fireplace that is situated in the living room. The furnishings there are plush and comfortable, with an oversized sleeper sofa and a comfortable lounge chair. Enjoy relaxing evenings reminiscing about the day or watching a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen. Breathe in fresh air from the balcony, which is easily accessed through the glass doors in the great room. In this condo, the floorplan connects each room smoothly. Continue to chat as you move into the kitchen, where you'll find plenty of room to enjoy meals together as a family. The kitchen allows for easy movement with its single line design and spacious island. Enjoy easy meal prep from this efficient design, where you'll find full-sized appliances and a vast island. Slip onto one of the comfortable padded stools situated at the island where there is seating for six.

After a full day of exploring the magnificent outdoors of Snowmass, you'll be ready for a solid night's sleep. The main floor master boasts a king bed and large dresser for easy unpacking. You'll also find a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the master. The full bathroom is just across the hall with a bright tile shower. Nestled in between the bathroom and kitchen is an additional vanity sink, easing the flow of morning and evening routines. The upstairs loft can be accessed by a set of stairs in the kitchen. The cozy loft bedroom boasts two queen beds and one double bed as well as the convenience of an en suite full bathroom.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
