"I had no idea it was off-season and they shut down for a short time. All the shops was shut down. I think there was like two or three restaurants open. It was very dead. I was kind of upset about everything being shut down. But the resort is self is wonderful and pull in the hot tub where amazing. I would give that a 20 star plus"

"Appreciated the suite style rooms. Location is a little precarious to walk to the Snowmass Village & Mall, yet quieter for the same reason. Note the daily cost of mandatory valet use even though there’s a free garage within walking distance. The lounge is gorgeous and food quality of the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend using your resort credit for breakfasts there. And using the terrace with pool & hot tubs as much as possible to make the resort charges worth it."

"We stayed here a few years ago during ski season and had such a wonderful memory that we decided to come back this fall. Just like before, everything was great—the front desk team was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. One of the main reasons we chose to return was the high-quality breakfast, and it definitely didn't disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily choose this hotel again for our next visit to Aspen!""

"This place is beautiful and so fun! Definitely worth the stay. There were a few little things that made it not a 5/5 experience, but I truly think that was unique to us and our room, not the hotel on the whole. Amazing stay, we will be back!"

"The property was spacious, clean and close to everything the area offered. You could leave your vehicle and take public or private transportation everywhere. A small mall was within walking distance. Ample parking was available."
