"Overall this was a good stay. My group stayed here for a weekend show at the Gorge. The drive there and back is 45mins mostly on the interstate. The long drive is counterbalanced with being next to the lake, and also the town which has most of what you need - Walmarts, drug stores, and plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again if I had a big group, but would consider that it can be pricier than other options closer to the Gorge if you have less people."
