"This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12."

"Villa was centrally located in the Veneto region, which was ideal for visiting our relatives. The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. Although they were quiet and respectful, we could sometimes hear their daily activities."

"This is a lovely home to explore Verona and the Veneto region. Simone was a fantastic host who was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early, met us at the property to describe the features of the home, sent wonderful recommendations for restaurants, parking, things to see, etc. and he was very responsive throughout our stay. "My family (6 adult, 1 18 yo, and 1 9 yo) stayed for 8 days on the property. The host Tommaso was amazing from our initial contact to reserve the Villa to the day of checkout. The Villa was clean and spacious and provided a central location for us to make day trips to Verona, Venice, Florence, and Lake Garda. Taxi service from Verona was easy to arrange, although we rented 2 cars for the week as well. I'm surprised by some of the reviews about the property being in need of updating. It was clear...

"Our stay in the Gwendolyn Suite was genuinely exceptional. The gorgeous, verdant hillside property offers views of Verona and the surrounding area and is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful Italian sunsets. "The first impression is a total " wow".🙂 This property is very lovely and is on a gorgeous palladio estate. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen is well outfitted with everything one needs to cook. Bedrooms are comfortable with very nice linens. Ludovico is charming and available to help his guests have a wonderful relaxing holiday. Living room is comfy and cozy. The house is larger than it appears. We had a beautiful holiday there"

"Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt wunderbar, tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Pool, tolle Lage, aber... Während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts fand das Sagra di Piselli statt, mit Karussels und Musikberieselung täglich von 17 Uhr bis nach 22 Uhr. Es wäre fair gewesen, dies bei der Buchung zu erwähnen. Am Freitag kamen wir an, der Pool wurde aber erst im Laufe des Samstags mehrere Stunden mit Dampfstrahler gereinigt, auch nicht gerade optimal. Sonst war alles bestens uns insgesamt haben wir...

"Truly the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The Villa looks like something out of Architectural Digest and the surrounding hills and valleys are like a painting. We used the incredible pool every day! Anna (property manager) was a delight. So responsive and helpful and warm. We used Giovanni for a car service while there and he was wonderful too! We hope to be back!"

"We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"

"A lovely little hotel room, quiet, all amenities, nice balcony, lots of storage. 2 short comings was the lack of plug sockets and would have enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom area. "

"A lovely space in a great area of Verona. Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."
