"First, you must have a car if you plan to stay in Haro. Transportation, including taxis, are extremely limited and difficult to use. This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. This hotel is about a 25-minute walk uphill to the downtown area and you must cross a highway, which we were told multiple times is officially illegal. If you do have a car, this hotel is perfectly fine for a few nights, especially if you consider the cost. It is a great value. That said, don't expect a four star hotel. As others have noted, the hotel is old and has some deferred maintenance issues. Likewise, the WiFi is extremely slow so don't expect to stream anything or make WiFi calls. Finally, the staff at the hotel are wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive. Enjoy!"

"The bungalow was superb. Very clean and great facilities - and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and made us feel completely at home - nothing was too much trouble - and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot praise Natura Resort enough and we will be back - for sure. "

"The place was clean and had everything we needed. The free town parking a couple blocks away worked great. It is over a town plaza so you may need earplugs for the noise at night."
